Short Term Goal:  Make the 2008 PSG team; Medal at diving nationals next year

Long Term Goal:  Make trampoline worlds in 2009 or 2011;  Be the best I can be in diving and trampoline

My Advice to Others:  Improvement is all about sacrifice, the question though, is how much are you willing to sacrifice?
