Please note: This session will be held at the Brisbane Aquatic Centre, Sleeman Sports Complex, Chandler.
This is program is specifically designed for adults to experience the joy of diving and to promote physical health & wellbeing in a supportive and social environment! Anyone is welcome to come along and no prior diving experience is necessary. There'll be a gentle warm up, followed by the opportunity to bounce around on some of our dry-dive equipment (trampolines and springboards into foam pits etc) before you'll ultimately get in the water to try all your new tricks off the Boards!
While it's really all about having fun, rest assured a qualified diving Coach will be there to take you through all the basics at a pace that's suitable for you and the only requirement is that you're a confident swimmer in deep water! This event is suitable for seniors, so come one, come all and Dare to Dive!
