Diving Queensland welcomes you to the registration portal for the 2026 Queensland Open and Age State Championships!

Dates of Competition:

DAY 1: Saturday 28th March 2026

• Dryland available from 7:00 until 9:00 am
• Warm up (water) will commence from 8:00am to 9:00am
• Opening Ceremony – 9:00am
• Competition to commence at 9:15am
• Finish time TBC

DAY 2: Sunday 29th March:

• Dryland available from 7:00 until 8:00 am
• Warm up (water) will commence from 8:00am to 9:00am
• Competition to commence at 9:00am
• Finish time TBC

Sleeman Sports Complex

Individual Events:

Divers may compete in 1 Metre Springboard, 3 Metre Springboard and Platform

Age Synchronised Events:

A 3 Metre synchronised event will be held ONLY

The event groups for the Age 3 Metre Synchro events are:

• 13 years & under - 14-18 years - 19 years and over. All Synchro events are mixed events. Each pair can be made up of any combination (eg Boy/Boy, Girl/Girl or Boy/Girl)

Open Synchronised Events:

A 3 Metre & Platform synchronised event will be held. All criteria for the Open synchronised events are as the Diving Australia Criteria.

A Diver can only compete a synchro event in the stream they compete their individual events.

Divers must compete in at least one individual event to be eligible to compete in a synchro event. DQ will consider special consideration requests to dive synchronised only, provided at least one member of the pair has entered in an individual event.

Competition Entry Fees:

$70 Nomination Fee

$35 per individual event per person

$17.50 per person for synchro ($35/Team)

Registrations Close:

6pm Friday 20th March 2026 . Registrations received after this time will incur a late fee. No registrations will be accepted after Midnight Sunday 22nd March 2026.

Dive Sheets:

• All dive sheets for all nominated events must be submitted, via Dive recorder by 6pm on Wednesday 25th March 2026. Late Entry of Dive Sheets may result in a late fee.
• Once submitted, changes to dive sheets can be made up until 24 hours prior to the start of that day’s first event.
• Please notify competitions committee competitions@divingqld.org.au if any changes to dive sheets occur.

EARLY SUBMISSION OF DIVE SHEETS IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED.

Age Requirements are as at 31st December 2026.

Once entries have closed, an Order of Events will be published. Diving Queensland reserves the right to change events and/or times if required.

Please note: By participating in this event, you acknowledge that Diving Queensland reserves the right to modify the schedule or make alternate plans in the event of weather incidents. I understand that no refunds will be issued for changes made under these circumstances.
