Whether you’re just starting out or chasing the perfect splash, these sessions are your chance to practise in a safe, supervised and structured environment.

🗓 Date: Sunday 3rd May 2026
🕑 Time: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
📍 Location: Sleeman Centre, Brisbane Aquatic Centre, meet next to the Diving Pool

Session Prices

• $15 per person per session
• Diving Queensland Members - $12 per person per session 

What to expect

• Each session is designed to give you the space and guidance to improve your technique while keeping things fun and controlled.
• Learn and refine proper manu technique
• Build confidence jumping from different board heights
• Get tips and guidance from experienced coaches
• Enjoy a fun, high-energy environment with others working on the same skills

• Confident swimmers comfortable in deep water
• Kids, teens and adults wanting to practise manu-style entries
• Anyone preparing for events or just wanting to improve their splash

How it works

• Limited spots per session to keep things safe and manageable
• Supervised board use with one-at-a-time jumps
• Clear progression—start low, build up if appropriate

• Most people practise manus in unstructured environments.
• These sessions give you a dedicated, safer space to improve—so you can focus on technique, confidence, and having a good time.

Please note:  

• Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay nearby
• Please wear appropriate swimwear - no t-shirts
• Our office correspondence is during business hours, Monday to Friday.
• We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. No refunds or credits will be processed after this period unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
