🌟Springboard & Platform Diving on the Sunshine Coast 🌟

We know you’ve all been waiting to get back in the water and diving on the Sunshine Coast... and we’re excited to bring it back!

Diving Queensland is bringing you our new SUNNY SPLASH sessions at Kawana Aquatic Centre.

Whether you’re an experienced diver looking to keep training, a diver wanting to sharpen your skills, or you’ve never tried diving before, Sunny Splash is for you! Come along, get on the boards and enjoy a fun, safe and supervised session with a professional diving coach.

🗓 Date: Sunday 11th October 2026
🕑 Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
📍 Location: Kawana Aquatic Centre, Bokarina – Meet at the dive pool

💲Cost: $20 + $2.04 booking fee per 1 hour session

 Who’s it for?

• Anyone from the age of 6-17 years old
• Must be confident swimming in deep water
• Divers who are wanting to improve and develop their skills

• Anyone wanting to try diving for the first time

What to expect

• Each session is designed to give you the space and guidance to improve your technique while keeping things fun and controlled
• Build confidence jumping from different board heights
• Get tips and guidance from experienced coaches
• Enjoy a fun, high-energy environment with others working on the same skills

How it works

• Limited spots per session to keep things safe and manageable
• Supervised board use with one-at-a-time jumps

If this is your first time attending, please ensure you also register with Sunshine Coast Diving Club for a Come and Try Session Membership by clicking here. This membership is free of charge and provides insurance coverage for your participation in your first session.

If you are a returning participant, you will need to upgrade your membership with the Sunshind Coast Diving Club to a Recreation Membership by clicking here, which provides insurance coverage until 31 July 2027.

It is also a requirement that all participants under the age of 18 years have a parent/guardian registered with the club under a free Parent/Guardian Membership. You can sign up to the Parent/Guardian Membership by clicking here. 

Unfortunately you will not be able to attend the session unless you have registered in one of these membership categories.

Please Note

• Participants must be confident swimmers in deep water
• Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay nearby
• Please wear appropriate swimwear/clothing
• Our office correspondence is during business hours, Monday to Friday.
• We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. No refunds or credits will be processed after this period unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
